• Make sure it's packaged securely, take to your local post office! You will need to retain your post office receipt as proof of return.
• You can track your parcel online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
• Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days, this extends during busy sale periods. • You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is processed.

RETURNS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE UK
You can return items for a refund or exchange within 45 days of receipt to the address THE FROST WEAR 15 Lydia Ann Street, Liverpool L1 5BW United Kingdom. Please add our email address on the package for TAX and DUTIES purposes - email@example.com and keep postage receipt as proof of shipment.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items, however, if you would like to make an exchange, we will ship it back out to you for free.
Our policy lasts for 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since you placed your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached and any original packaging intact.
